Vacation: 15 working days after each year of service, which may be accumulated for up to two years (Labor Code, Decree 1441, Article 130). Severance for unjustified dismissal: one month's salary for each year of service (Article 82); the base includes the proportional share of the aguinaldo (Decree 76-78, Article 9) and of the Bono 14.
