Wastewater discharges under Government Accord 236-2006
- Energy, water and telecommunications
- Industrial water, wells and discharges
- not audited
Government Agreement 236-2006, the Wastewater Discharge and Reuse Regulation, in force since 12 May 2006, sets permissible limits and phased compliance stages; for generating entities the parameters have been mandatory since 2 May 2024. Government Agreement 285-2022 extended to 2 May 2025 the deadline for municipalities to comply with treatment systems; that extension applies to municipalities, not to industrial generating entities.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
