Mayacert is the Guatemalan certification body of reference: MAGA registration 1-AC-2024-E, attesting compliance with RTCA 67.06.74:16; accredited by the USDA for NOP organic (listed as 'MAYA' in the NOP certifier database), EU organic, JAS (Japan) and Canada; a GLOBALG.A.P. certification body with provisional FoodPlus approval for IFA GFS/Smart; and it covers Rainforest Alliance, 4C, Bird Friendly, Fair Trade and EUDR verification. Its age does not appear on the pages consulted (the '>25 years' figure was downgraded).
