The Guatemalan Warehouse Guild (Gremial de Bodegas de Guatemala) brings together operators such as Grupo Rosul and organizes Expo Bodega. Invest Guatemala keeps a one-pager of industrial parks with available space (March 2025), whose content could not be extracted and must be downloaded in the data phase. No industrial market report (buildings/warehouses) from a consultancy such as CBRE, Colliers, JLL or Cushman specific to Guatemala, with average rent in USD/m² and vacancy, was found; JLL covers only offices in its public LatAm report.
