The zones usually named as expatriate favorites are 10, 14, 15, 16 (Cayalá) and the Carretera a El Salvador. The dossier found no single verifiable source for that preference; the list is consistent with where the international schools and hospitals cited sit: CAG in zona 15, Village School in zona 14 and on Carretera a El Salvador, Colegio Maya on Carretera a El Salvador and Hospital Herrera Llerandi in zona 10. The Ciudad Cayalá development (zona 16) could not be verified because the developer's site returned a 403; its size, uses and reference prices remain pending.
