Idea Central announced two warehouse projects in Amatitlán in February 2023: units of 800 to 1,600 m², combinable up to 4,500 m² or into complexes of 9,000 m², with 7.65 m clear height, loading docks and an office area (Diario de Centro América). In August 2026 its Logística Amatitlán project was in pre-sale with a 572 m² warehouse at US$486,740 (≈US$851/m²), according to the developer's listing (a promotional claim).
