The CAES Industrial Park (Idea Central, financed in partnership with CMI Capital) sits at km 27 of the road to El Salvador; inaugurated in March 2024 with an investment of US$16 million; phase 1 of 165 warehouses with units of 400 to 3,500 m² on a site of 40 manzanas (30 of them earmarked for warehouses); 120 units reserved at launch (70%). In August 2026 Idea Central listed a warehouse for sale at US$308,700 (size not visible) and logistics plots in pre-sale at 'Logística El Alto' from US$100,746.61 (promotional listings).
