Prensa Libre (25-Jan-2021) announced US$77 million for the south of the capital (US$91.7 million counting the whole southern zone): a US$14 million industrial park at Calle Real, Villa Nueva (3 phases, 2,000+ jobs); a Mexican logistics distribution center of US$5 million; two textile plants worth US$58 million; and in Amatitlán: Ransa (Peruvian, US$8 million, 2018, cold chain), Sunflower Q36 million, Zona del Sur Q31 million, Distripark Q20 million and Blocasa US$7 million (Grupo Monterrey, km 32).
