An informational service, not advice
Advance Guatemala is an information service: it keeps official figures with their provenance and publishes cited research. Nothing it prints constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no decision should be taken on these pages without verifying the official source and consulting a qualified professional in Guatemala.
No warranty; every figure carries its date
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Every figure in the verified archive was checked against its official source on the retrieval date that accompanies it — that date is part of the figure, and a source may have corrected or updated the datum since. The research layer is marked as such and has not passed that verification.
Corrections
No figure is corrected silently: every correction enters through the revision ledger, which keeps the previous value, the new one and the reason. The full method — the two layers, provenance and cadence — is described on the methodology page.
Governing law
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
