No. The only thing traceable under that name is ASA PROMOTIONS & PR, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (tax ID 77659740), an advertising and events company incorporated on 25 November 2011, also known as TICKET ASA; there is also ASA PRO, S.A. (tax ID 106264699), apparently related. No evidence was found that 'ASA Promotions' or 'ASA Promociones' plays any role in investment promotion, industrial parks or industrial site selection in Guatemala (searches: 'ASA Promotions Guatemala', 'ASA Promociones Guatemala inversión industrial'); the likeliest explanation is confusion with another entity. The closest real analogues are Synergy Industrial Park/Spectrum, the ZDEEP zones authorized by ZOLIC (Michatoya Pacífico, for example) and the free-zone network under Decree 65-89. It is advisable to ask for the exact context - document, card or email - in which the name appeared.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
