Still open: the role of 'ASA Promotions' (only a same-named events company exists); the official text of Ministerial Agreement 295-2024 creating Pro Guatemala; the exact year Invest Guatemala was incorporated; the names of PRONACOM's director and of Pro Guatemala's head; the permanent head of ANADIE/ANI after the reform; the number and the dates of the 2025 PPP reform ('Decree 21-2025'); the 2030 vs 2032 horizon for the GNSD targets; ZOLIC's general manager; Synergy's prices and the ZDEEP rates (private); municipal investment-attraction offices outside the capital; the year the VUI was launched, in a primary source; Synergy's exact area (715 acres vs 500 ha); the ASCABI figure of 46% of 2023 FDI, against Banguat; the National FDI Strategy figures (US$1,648.5 M and 10,776 jobs); and the current ZDEEP count and its jobs (last verifiable: 10 projects and 2,570 jobs, May 2022).
