The Municipality of Guatemala runs a Single Window for subdivision, works and use licenses, located in the Municipal Palace, Centro Cívico, zona 1, with stated hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, and meant to give 'speed in the approval of projects and certainty to investors'; the capital's municipality also takes part in the governance of Invest Guatemala.
