ENEIC Bulletin No. 1 (April–June 2025) estimates 5,395,769 working-age people belonging to indigenous peoples (Maya, Xinca and Garifuna), against 7,136,040 from other groups (Ladino, Afro-descendant, foreign). The indigenous economically active population is estimated at 3,539,465. These are estimates with 95% confidence intervals (indigenous working-age population: 5,316,683–5,474,855; indigenous PEA: 3,466,410–3,612,520). The bulletin does not publish employed or unemployed figures by ethnic group in this table.
