Energuate groups DEOCSA and DEORSA and covers the rest of the country outside EEGSA's area. In September 2023 I Squared Capital / Inkia Energy sold it to Threelands Energy Ltd, its fifth owner. The press cited ~2.5 million customers in 2023; the current audited figure has not been confirmed.
