Under Government Agreement 256-2025 (in force from 1 January 2026), the minimum wage for export and maquila activity is Q3,409.73 a month in constituency CE1 and Q3,221.10 in CE2, plus a Q250 incentive bonus = Q3,659.73 (CE1) / Q3,471.10 (CE2), ≈US$475 at Q7.70/US$ (our own conversion); the rise for the export sector was 4%. Non-agricultural reference: Q4,002.28 in CE1 and Q3,816.90 in CE2, plus Q250 (≈US$552 in CE1). The exchange rate used comes from the ECLAC tariff table and must be verified against the day's rate in the data phase.
