In Honduras the maquila minimum wage for 2026 is L12,930.07 a month (≈US$494 at L26.19/US$, our own conversion), the result of an 8% annual rise agreed in STSS Agreement 109-2024 (La Gaceta, 21 March 2024), a three-year negotiation covering 2024-2026. It is slightly above the Guatemalan maquila minimum with the bonus (≈US$475).
