Nicaragua's special free-zone regime sets C$9,986.54 a month from 1 January 2026 (+6.7%), ≈US$273 at C$36.62/US$ (our own conversion), by tripartite agreement; the remaining sectors received +4% backdated to 1 March 2026 (the number and date of the ministerial agreement do not appear in the source). It is the lowest maquila minimum in the comparison, about 45% below the Guatemalan one with the bonus.
