There are three real instruments: the IPMC from the national statistics institute (INE), a monthly price index for 89 construction materials and services (base Dec-2018=100); the INE's new ICC (2026) with three divisions — family dwellings, non-residential buildings (the one relevant to warehouses) and civil works — which in its first stage measures only single-family social housing, so the non-residential division has no series yet; and the CGC's Materials Price List (monthly, latest visible Jun-2026) plus its quarterly Economic Bulletin (No. 74, May-2026). There is no CGC index called 'ICCV'. The cost ranges per m² (Q3,000-5,500 in general; industrial up to ~Q9,000, tier c and unverified) are documented in dossier 07 §7.
The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.
