The law in force is Decree 52-2010, the Act Regulating Private Security Services, whose full text is available from the Judiciary's Center for Judicial Analysis and Documentation. Its predecessor is Decree 73-70, the Private Police Act (published 4 Nov 1970), the regime under which some older companies still hold ministerial or governmental accords.
