There is no public ADR/RevPAR series (STR/CoStar) for Guatemala; INGUAT's 'hotel occupancy' section exists but returned 403. What has been published: at Holy Week 2024 bookings ran around 90% nationally and 95% in Antigua (ASOPROTUR, small and mid-sized hotels), with rates of Q500–Q1,500 a night for a double room in Antigua. At the end of 2025 occupancy exceeded 90% in Antigua, Petén, Izabal and Atitlán (Christmas 70–80%, New Year 80–95% in the formal hotel sector); the Antigua trade association reported 'full occupancy', large and mid-sized hotels required a 3-night minimum and Airbnb filled up before the small hotels did. The oldest structural datum (ECLAC/CEPAL, c. 2014) puts Antigua's occupancy outside high season at ≈40%, with stays of 1.8–2.7 nights and 31.9% of international tourists visiting Antigua.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
