Approved PPPs and the project pipeline
- Institutions and investment promotion
- Who receives an investor
- not audited
The historical record is poor: in 14 years under the law only one PPP has been approved, the Escuintla-Puerto Quetzal motorway. The historical priority pipeline also included the State Administrative Center, the Tecún Umán II Intermodal Port (~US$40 million, rail interconnection with Mexico), the modernization of La Aurora International Airport (~US$120 million in pre-investment studies), the Nor-Oriente Express Way and the Metro Riel, with a combined investment cited at ~US$1,500 million in a 2017 report. The current value of the ANADIE/ANI pipeline is not in the dossier; the proposal is to track it through the project sheets at anadie.gob.gt.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
