The Q4 2024 ENEIC records that, among people aged 7 and over, 20.5% have no level of education, 44.6% reached primary, 29.5% secondary and 5.4% higher education. In other words, just under two thirds of the population went no further than primary school, and only one in twenty reached university. To size the skilled pool, this figure should be read alongside gross tertiary enrollment (27.3% in 2023, World Bank) and the university and INTECAP numbers in the same dossier.

The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
