Bilingual call center agent salaries
- Workforce, education and talent
- The labor force, in numbers
- not audited
A recruiter in the sector (Allied Global) publishes 2026 monthly base ranges of Q5,500–Q8,500 for an entry-level bilingual agent, Q8,500–Q12,500 for an experienced agent or technical support, and Q12,500–Q19,000 for a bilingual supervisor, plus attendance, performance and commission bonuses that add 20–30% on top of the base. These are commercial, promotional figures with no official backing: social security (IGSS) does not publish wages by occupation and there is no public salary survey by role. The verified 2025 minimum wages already in the file (minimum_wage_* indicators) should be used as the reference floor, and the national average labor income of Q2,713 (Q2 2025) as context.
The research is written in English; quoted figures, source names and the titles of legal instruments stay in the language their source published them in.

This layer is research: read from public sources by the archive's own team, every claim cited with the date it was consulted, and audited where it is marked so. It has not entered the verified store — no figure here was fetched back from its source or stamped with a retrieval time — so it wears no red provenance numeral and never mixes with the verified figures.
