BAC Guatemala belongs to BAC Credomatic (a regional group, formerly part of Grupo Aval, now held by regional shareholders). It received an IFC package of US$230 million (a US$200 M loan plus a US$30 M trade-finance line, 12 May 2026) and issued the local market's first dematerialized sustainable bank bond, the Bono BAC + Positivo of up to US$140 million on the BVN (February 2025).
